How to get the source code?
#1It seems the previous, how to get the source code thread, is outdated, so how do I get the source code, and whats the best way to make custom map rooms and open the current ones?
Here you can find the Source Code of SCP:CB (the newest released version, in this case 1.3.9):karl-police wrote:It seems the previous, how to get the source code thread, is outdated, so how do I get the source code, and whats the best way to make custom map rooms and open the current ones?
3ds world takes so much long to load, why? and btw renaming it to rooms doesn't work, oh wait .rar worked, thanks. But why 3ds world studio takes so long, and it looks like Hammer EditorPXLSHN wrote:Here you can find the Source Code of SCP:CB (the newest released version, in this case 1.3.9):karl-police wrote:It seems the previous, how to get the source code thread, is outdated, so how do I get the source code, and whats the best way to make custom map rooms and open the current ones?

You need 3D World Studio to be able to create new rooms or open the previous files. Here's a download link for the room files:
http://www.scpcbgame.com/rooms
Sadly, it is a bit outdated (and I don't have the newest 3DW files myself). And you need to place all the textures in a new folder in 3D World Studio under the materials section.
Models might also be missing, as you either need to add them into a new folder in 3D World Studio under the models section (not the b3d files, only the x files are possible). Problem is that not all model files are accessible (such as the pipes). For that you would need to ask Regalis (the main creator of SCP:CB).
If you downloaded this file, you should rename it from "rooms" to "rooms.zip" so you can open it as a zip file.
Hope I could help you a bit
