SCP-023 and a Health HUD

Maybe you guys should add SCP-023 into the game along with a health system that is on the HUD... Maybe 023 could be in the Maintenance Tunnels? Once you break eye contact after looking directly on the eye-area of his face, you will start losing health at a rate that would drain a full HP bar in 5 minutes. The draining will not stop and health lost to it cannot be restored. It's like 173, you look, you look away, dead... You just have a slow death
I think that this is an awesome thing to have in the Tunnels. If it is done, I think that the chance of 106 showing up should be lowered. Would also be cool to use a HP bar instead of the annoying wobbling that you would experience when encountering the MTF, but escaping.
Googled some pictures for pictures that give a general idea of how he may look (If this game's graphics were oil-painting quality XD)

EDIT: I would have done that fricking thing quicker, but Paint cannot tint photos and Paint.NET would not install properly. Plus, I couldn't find the file for the Meter frame. Instead of a kindof awesome design, you get a rough design... Kthxbaicul8r

I agree that there should be more things like the Old Man. Would add way more paranoia into the game, and make use of the tunnels.
Cause wolves like dark places and shit. In real life.
