I decided to play on this map seed, at the beginning when I went in 173s cell, the door wouldn't open again and we were all murdered while the overseer complained about the door not closing.
Was this intentional or... What?

I went one a random map seed "NO" and this happened, I dont know if its glitched or if its intentional.
