I want to really buy this game. But I cannot justify the $40 CDN price (even on sale, still $33) - what is the reasoning behind this price point? It's completely overpriced and everybody who has played the free version knows it.
Paying that much for a niche early access title is just insane, if I want to play with my friends, I have to convince them all to pay that price - which just isn't happening.
Re: $30 price point
#2You can try the legacy version if it’s still around, personally I think it’s worth it
Just your average drug addicted Medic
Re: $30 price point
#3I would agree, A $30 initial price for a game most people haven't heard of is a bold move. Especially while in early access. Playing with friends and group collaboration is one of this game's strong points (when it happens) and $30 is just too much for a game that has a steep learning curve like this one. (Legacy was harder i think )
Re: $30 price point
#4Likely not the decision determined by the developer, but by the game's publisher. For an Early Access game that is, just like the others are, this is unacceptable. Go and blame publishers instead.
