Yes, as you requested Omniary there are going to be Terrorists as MTF's and the Guards
will be Counter Terrorist's.
I want them to say "Terrorists win" When you die in game,
but my sound converter says I have to buy the full version for an .ogg file.

You could just use Audacity for audio conversion. It's free and supports pretty much every sound format.

ATTENTION
I am probably releasing the new update in a week or so,
I was planning on releasing it today but this whole week I have been stalling.
The plans for the update are some new textures and new sounds.
v0.3 hopefully on the 20th or 21st.

Does FragMOTION accept those files?
I can just download the Super Charged Gravity Gun mod and get the file there if it does.
(But I'm still clueless how I'm going to get the toolgun model)

No, those are ADDON files. The game sort of extracts the contents like how DooM uses .wad files. .mdl files, however, are the valve model files. Dunno if fragmotion supports them, though.
