It says in the readme why you can't find SCP-005. In order to nerf it so it's not an easy omnikeycard, I made it so it has a chance to spawn in random places.

If you'd like to know where, open the spoiler:
Spoiler
Type "asd" into the console (NOTE: this disables 173 and 106 in the same way as disable173 and disable106, as well as enables wireframe and noclip). This will put a number in the console, 1 2 or 3.
1 = It'll spawn in it's room
2 = Maynard's office
3 = 409's room
As for the 173 and 096 bugs, they exist with the normal game as well :)
