Created a zombie model from the scientist model in case anyone considers the zombie crematory idea. Here's the link to the blender file. Feel free to fix the animations or convert it to B3D.

Good question. Personally I'd assume all personnel above Class-D, you can see the posters everywhere asking to 'Maintain OPSPEC', also much isn't known about the Insurgency,
so there isn't anything to hide. Either clearance level 2 or three.

Also, thinking instead of a 'approved' stamp, there could be an 'Administrator Signature of Approval', where Security Chief Franklin could sign it to approve access to printed material.
