The problem is that you pasted the decls code into your code, not into a decls file in userlibs like juanjpro said. Additionally, you didn't

or [spoiler] the code so it was very difficult to read.

Well the only thing I can do is wait for someone who knows how to do this to post a guide or the mod itself cause im just a die hard fan of scp im not a genius and do not know how most of this works even after spending non stop hours trying to mess with this.

It is nevertheless complicated kept silent puts him in " C:\Program Files ( x86 ) \Blitz3D " and kept silent replace the userlibs by my userlibs:D

Even after putting the userlib in the userlib folder i still get Function 'api_globalalloc' not found.
