I have just fixed the loading screens and launcher file that was reported to be buggy..

I'm so happy that this mod hasn't died out, for some reason, SCP:CB is more scary for me with this mod... maybe because SCP 173 and 106 didn't talk too much... while here... it's more than just an ambient... anyway, I wanted to ask, just to make sure, when I download the "SCP - CIM v0.3b base" file...
